Big World Billy: More snow pictures...

So since I have taken a small break from posting so much has happened! By so much I mean a ton of snow and thats about it haha. It did not stop snowing until Thursday night. It got pretty rough getting around town with all the snow so we really did not do alot. It warmed up a good bit Friday and Saturday and we went down to Bebek, a really nice part of town on the Bosphorous. It was beautiful and we had a great time hanging with some American friends and enjoying the first really pretty day we have had since we got here. Sunday was a mixture of fun and heart break. We had a decent practice and we were looking forward to watching the Super Bowl with the team. It was a sad surprise to come home between practice and the game and learn that my friend, teammate, and brother Kyle Allen had passed away. I was heartbroken to hear that alcohol had claimed another victim. Its hard to relate to other people what it means when a teammate dies. Our lockers were side by side for the past two years and all that we went through builds a deeper bond than most people could ever understand. It was good to go watch the Super Bowl and take my mind of things for a bit but I wish I was in South Carolina to deal with this with my brothers. It looks like we are due for some more snow at the end of this week so hopefully it will not hang around.
